Support
For support, email support@obeythelight.com. Include the browser/device you are using and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose sensitive information.
How do I get Premium?
The primary way to get OTL Premium is to create and verify an OTL account, then use Get Premium with Patreon and connect an eligible Patreon membership. Premium follows the OTL account across supported browsers/devices after you sign in.
Authorized Premium access codes are also supported as an alternate access method.
Does linking Patreon charge me?
Linking Patreon to OTL does not itself create a new charge. Patreon controls Patreon subscriptions, purchases, billing, renewals, and cancellation. OTL uses the linked membership information to determine Premium eligibility.
Does “Unlink Patreon” cancel my Patreon membership?
No. Unlinking removes the Patreon connection and Patreon-based Premium entitlement from OTL. It does not cancel the underlying Patreon membership. Manage Patreon billing or cancellation through Patreon.
Patreon is linked but Premium is not active.
Use the Patreon refresh/reconnect action in the Premium section. Confirm that you are signed into the intended verified OTL account and the intended Patreon account. If the membership still does not qualify, contact support with your OTL account email and a description of the membership state. Do not send Patreon credentials or payment information.
I forgot my password.
Open the Account dialog, choose Forgot password?, and request a reset email. Password-reset links are time-limited and should be treated as private authentication credentials.
I did not receive an account email.
Check spam/junk folders and confirm the email address is correct. Allow a short period for delivery before requesting another verification or reset message. If mail still does not arrive, contact support.
Do my videos, photos, and audio leave my device?
Normal playback uses files selected from your device. Those media files stay local and are not sent to OTL's servers. The optional Local Media Library uses browser storage and folder permissions to reconnect local files on the same device.
Why does a Saved Training not automatically load my media on another device?
Saved Training configurations can follow your account, but your actual local media files do not. The other device must have access to the relevant media. Persistent Local Media Library support also depends on browser capabilities.
How do I delete a Saved Training?
Use the delete action in Saved Trainings. Deleting a Saved Training removes that account-linked configuration from active use; it does not delete local media files on your device.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
For account deletion, sign in, open Account, and use Danger Zone → Delete Account. You must enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm. The deletion removes the OTL account and account-linked records, including Saved Trainings, account sessions, Patreon linking, and Premium entitlements.
Deleting an OTL account does not cancel a separate Patreon membership, does not restore or reissue a previously redeemed access code, and does not delete media files that remain only on your device. For other privacy-data requests or if self-service deletion is unavailable, email support@obeythelight.com.
A feature is missing or behaves differently in my browser.
Browser support varies for media codecs, fullscreen behavior, persistent local folder access, and other APIs. Manual media selection should remain available even when persistent folder access is unsupported. When reporting a browser issue, include the browser name/version, operating system, and the exact steps that trigger it.
How do I report a security or privacy problem?
Email support@obeythelight.com with enough information to reproduce or understand the issue. Do not publicly post exploitable account tokens, secrets, or another person's private data.
How do I report illegal or abusive use?
Email support with the relevant information. OTL prohibits use involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, exploitation, or other illegal conduct. Do not send illegal sexual imagery as an attachment.
